These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lakeview Media website and services provided by LAKEVIEW MEDIA LLC ("Lakeview Media," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 232 Arlington Dr., Rochester Hills, MI 48307. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Lakeview Media provides digital advertising agency services, including but not limited to website development, native advertising account setup and management, Google Ads management, Bing Ads management, Meta Ads management, full-funnel digital advertising campaigns, landing page and conversion optimization, brand scaling strategy, and social media strategy.
Lakeview Media does not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, traffic levels, conversion rates, or ad placements. Advertising performance depends on multiple factors including platform policies, competition, creative quality, budget, and market conditions, all of which are outside of our control. Results vary by industry, budget, and competition.
All advertising campaigns are subject to the policies, terms, and approval processes of the relevant advertising platforms (including Google, Meta, Microsoft, and native advertising networks). Lakeview Media is an independent advertising agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Meta, or Microsoft. Account suspensions, ad disapprovals, or policy changes made by these platforms are outside of our control.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely approvals, and access to necessary accounts or assets. Delays in providing information may impact project timelines and campaign performance.
Fees for services will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement provided to the client prior to engagement. Advertising spend (ad budget paid directly to platforms) is separate from any management fees charged by Lakeview Media, unless otherwise specified.
Upon full payment for website development services, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Lakeview Media retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and case studies unless the client requests otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lakeview Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for work performed remain due.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Rochester Hills, MI, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
